This session’s topic will be Building Resilience in Uncertain Times. We are limited to 40 attendees for this event and so please sign up in the employee portal as soon as you are able. Any members who are unable to register due to capacity will be placed on our waiting list and advised of any spots that become available or any additional sessions for this topic if available.
Here is a brief description of the session:
In the face of events which cause widespread uncertainty, create rapid change, or impact personal and family safety, it is natural to feel that you have little control over what happens. You may or may not be aware, but you do have coping mechanisms that will help you manage these stressful situations. By understanding that you have control over how you think, react, and respond, you can help yourself become more resilient in the midst of challenging and uncertain times.
